You can add photos here diecrtly (there is an icon you can click when you are creating a new post), and they will be automatically stored in your picasa account. Oh and let me say (I am sure that all your readers will support it), I am pretty sure you should not worry about the "lj-cut" issues. (If you are still worried, use thumbnails!)
