That's a lot of time
That's a lot of time for disaster you need to sehrton that morning prep time. Mine get ten minutes to get dressed then they are plopped in front of PBS with tv trays and breakfast then shuffled out the door onto a bus while I smile and tell them how much I love them. Thirty minutes from start to finish. And then I may or may not put Carolans in my coffee.
