yep! - not only do I get $500 extra per year just for coming to this school as it's classified as a "difficult to staff" (that is - its a sh*thole and no one wants to voluntarily come here) school incentive but we also got the final of our Union negotiated 12.5% payrise come through this week!!!
Now I get $62K+ per year!! - weeeee!!!
