Looking at it from a corporate Private Assistant's pcspreetive, I would save time in the following ways. Email Management I would read my email at 3 set times a day: first thing in the morning, lunchtime and an hour before I'm due to leave the office. This means switching off the email notification alert so that I am not tempted to read emails as they turn up. One Touch Plot As I go through my Intray I would ensure that I pick up each piece of paper or document only once. That means that I would either deal with it immediately or write a note to hark back myself what I need to do with it. This will ensure that I don't have to read it all over over again when I choose to deal with it fully.
