The other thing I read is the big Stand up Against Cancer fundraiser. Now, I'm sure caencr survivors will disagree with me but ..We pay so much for insurance, and we pay the bill that's left. We have or money in flex spending accounts, that Visa makes money on. In the past, pharmaceutical companies paid for R&D of a medication. Now, constant Walks, Runs, Telethons for research.Again, we foot the bill 5 times, insurance premiums, unpaid balance, flex spending accounts, and fundraisers for research. Not that some research advancements haven't been made, but I feel the bill is on the middle class for all this, and Pharmaceutical companies win.
