In it there was an episode where the professor wants to take a brainscan of Leela's brain. So she gets on a table, puts her head in a special slot and just as the professor is about to activate the device, she asks what this thing really is. The professor says "oh it's a guillotine. here we go!". And Leela pulls out just in time. Then she asks "Isn't there some other way you can scan my brain, without taking my head off first!?". The professor answers "Oh my yes, ofcourse." and continues to pull some kind of scanner out of his pocket and use it to scan Leela's brain.
Gotta love Futurama humor ;)
