Mine is about the same length. I use Pantene. But you sholud have it trimmed once every few months just to keep it looking healthy. Trimming doesn't really help it grow, that's an old wive's tale. But it makes it look better. There's nothing worse than long hair that is different lengths and all jagged at the bottom.Trimming doesn't help your hair grow because your hair is growing out of your scalp, not on the ends.
