When you open up the selection pscreos to factors such as 'experience' then you are always going to generate controversy. In my opinion, the fastest should always be selected. That way, there is no argument and nobody can feel hard done by. Each athlete knows exactly what they have to do. I think it's very unfair on an athlete (Mills in this case) to make the qualifying time but then lose out because of politics.
