Nigel Slater's compl
Nigel Slater's complete cutalogae are amongst my favourites. I constantly dip into them, both for the inspired writing and simple but delicious recipes. More recently I have gone on a bit of a bread spree with Dan Lepard's The Homemade Loaf and Richard Bertinet's Dough guiding me through the journey that is real bread making. Two lesser know works which are real gems are the Gook House Keeping's Complete Book of Chocolate and Great British Puddings by Mary & Debbie Smith. The former is visually stunning whilst the latter is a delightful covered with stains!Last but not least my 27 volume Time Life Good Cook series are my pride and joy and are the books which started my my passion for collecting cook books over 26 years ago.
