Just understanding karma theroy itself aids in reducing a lot of troubles.the moment we understand that i can act, but results are guided by what is prarabdha or alredy started, that itself is wonderful. Because now i act does not mean ill get the result corresponding to the action. I can no more control the result through action. There is some limited freedom --- to an extent my actions give results that are conducive. If we carefully observe our life, we see what our prarabdha is and how its leading ! We can also see how purushartha can aid and where.thats why bhagavan starts with karma in upadesha saram and even in the first verse be brings God into picture. Without God the whole picture is incomplete :)Nice sharings :)
