It all depends on what the specific thing you're learning is and how efficient your brain is at learning those types of things (this of course depends on a bunch of other factors such as nutrition, time of day, illness vs. health, etc.)A tip for learning: Make what you're learning IMPORTANT for yourself. Make it different from other things by establishing an emotional connection with it (think of something funny or sad about it). See how the new facts you are learning about relate to facts you already know i.e. make connections with other things. The more connections you make (emotional, fact, etc.), the better you'll remember.
