The Zetec differs in that it has stfeienfd shocks and suspension, for greater handling. It's basically a more sporty version. Ghia has all the usual refinements and extras and different interior styling. If you like safe and steady, get the ghia, if you want something a bit more sporty, get the Zetec. All the engines are basically the same. A C-Max is a small people carrier version of the focus. It has a higher ride height and is more roomy. Get this is you have a family. Hope this helps.
