There are some out there but you will have to carefully check them out to make sure there are no major premlobs looming in the future. Find a good certified mechanic in your area and have him check out any car you seriously consider. It will probably cost you $ 50-$ 100 but could save you thousands in the future. All older high mileage cars will have some issues and require maintenance but you need to know there are no issues with the engine,transmission and suspension as those require major dollars to fix. Toyotas,Hondas and Nissans have good reliability ratings. Good Luck
