What makes me happy at my job is that I have the ability to be crateive, think outside the box and run with my ideas. There is nothing worse than coming up with ideas, suggestions whatever it may be to not be given the chance to share because the individuals you work with either don't listen or feel whatever they come up with is the way to go and don't take the time to listen to others. In past jobs, that has made me very unhappy.
