If I were you, I would wait for about 6 months beofre buying a new computer. This will give Microsoft time to release Windows Vista, the next operating system in the XP family.However, if you are set on buying one now, then you should know that most PC's are preinstalled with what that particular system needs Home Ed. comes on most machines; MC Ed. comes on machines with DVD-roms and TV tuners.I have XP MC Ed. and I LOVE it!
