Tim I am sooo proud of you. Two years? Wow. Letting go of an addiction of any kind is one of the harsedt things anyone will do in life. My words of wisdom to you are that not smoking really DOES GET EASIER as more time passes. The memory of the pleasure (and that first lit smell) will tease you from time to time. But, the reality of it all becomes less oppressive and will eventually (I hope) let you be free. By the way, is your sense of smell any sharper now?Be strong! And be healthy. Love, Helen/Monty
