but dante, that was you, you will die just like me, but you dont know, the guy who invented jnioggg died youngish, while jnioggg.it could happen anytime fit or not.would you rather, sit and watch every moment of your life in case you have an extra calorie there are people like that, they get scared if they put on one ounce.. cant people understand everyone is different, what works for you, wotn work for me..now i am a contrary person the more someone pressures me to change myself, the more i stay the same, if i make a decision to change myself then thats my decision and only i should make those. yes get information, but realise the anti fat bias there is out there
