I was right that Contributors can publish cmoemnts without further approval. I was also right that Contributors are NOT empowered to edit their submissions after publication. As a contributor, once you click on [Post Comment] only an Editor or Administrator can further edit it. (If you err so egregiously you cannot bear it, we can fix it.)
