I couldn't agree more. Even thoguh we're in a technical world, and the personal touch seems to have vanished, customer service is as important now as it has ever been. Maybe even MORE important. What else does a customer or client have to remember you by when they never see your face or talk to you about something personal in their lives or yours. Let's all try to keep focused on what matters, Customer Relationships.Thanks for the post.
