Hi Kacie. I don't believe it would be lileky to contract herpes by sharing a drink. Usually it requires skin-to-skin contact. Even with skin-to-skin contact, a person won't always develop symptoms of herpes. For instance, my husband gets cold sores quite frequently and I have never had one (yet, anyway!).
