I use TV as the incentive to get ready. They can only turn it on IF and WHEN they are 100% ready inculding coats, shoes/boots, bags packed, lunch packed, ready to walk out the door. When I say time to go if the TV is not off and they are not up and heading out the door right away TV gets taken away the next day. It really has worked wonders in getting them going. A lot of days there isn't time for it and they don't complain but they are still ready to go when I need them to be. Good Luck!
