I couldn't agree more. Last year I also pikced up an iPhone because that is what our office required.Doing business on the iPhone has resulted in very short email responses to clients. As such I'm sure the tone' of my emails is curt' at best.This touch screen technology is just not as fast nor accurate the auto correct feature is so annoying and actually creates nonsense.The BlackBerry on the other hand was not as easily setup for connectivity, backup, sharing and overall visually appeal. The Blackberry's real strength is, as you said, email and phone.The iPhone's touch screen constantly interferes with basic phone use while connected, my face will often trigger' something unintended.Both technologies have their place and I for one, would love to go back to my Blackberry for business.
