Though I thought Jet looked a little too bright and Mercury was a tad off. I chalked it up to artistic license.
Tron 2.0 is the computer game sequel to the original Tron movie, and features Alan's son Jet as the main character that gets digitized.
The scene portrayed in your picture is probably from the Internet hub.
(Speaking of which, I think the two guys on the left (helmet-head and the cloak guy) should have been red, but I guess it just depends on who's running their programs.)
I've played through it once, and am planning to do so soon again.
There are rumors of a Tron 3.0, but whether it's a game or movie or what are currently just that: rumors.
