I'm coming to rezila I'm coming to rezilae this as well. I didn't take good care of myself in my younger days, excessive drinking and smoking and HORRIBLE eating habits. After years of getting to really know my body and actually listening to it I'm grateful that I'm in as good health as I am and want to continue in learning how to be a healthier person in general.
