Hi Jan. Yes, a lot
Hi Jan. Yes, a lot of people are sieintsve to iron supplementation. It can cause stomach upset and nausea for many. Some people with Vitamin B12 deficiency can actually take Vitamin B12 supplementation by mouth without having to get injections. Other people who lack intrinsic factor (called pernicious anemia) must take injections because they can't absorb Vitamin B12 in their gut. Have you ever been told you have pernicious anemia?
