I'm amazed at many food chceios available today and what is really sad the more reasonable something is the more harm it can do to you. It is one of the reasons I try to grow as much as I can during the summer, but haven't had a lot of luck with the summers we have had. I took a sustainable agriculture class and some of the films we watched in that class were amazing to see what went into packaged food.
