I have always had a prtety normal blood pressure. I had an episode of my blood pressure elevating last year. I was told that the licorice content in the vitamin drink, that I was drinking at the time could be causing it. I got rid of the drink and 3 days later my blood pressure was back to normal. Have you ever heard of licorice elevating ones blood pressure?
