I am not convienced
I am not convienced that vtanmias are worth the investment. Unless you've got a condition, like pernicious anemia where your body doesn't absorb a certain nutrient. No one needs vitamins if they are eating nutritious foods. Your body was made to absorb the nutrients from natural foods. It does this much better than from any pill. Iron overdose is rare and usually only occurs when people take supplements. Natural food that have iron in them are Dried Herbs, Cocoa Powder and Chocolate, Liver, Clams, Oysters, and Mussels, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seeds, Sesame Butter, Caviar (Fish Eggs), Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sunflower Seeds and Dried Apricots.
