Joe,I have been on the hunt for the perfect buecrrtetam for YEARS. I've tried tons of Swiss Meringue recipes, even a few Italian Meringue recipes but they never turned out quite right. (some might say I'm picky, I prefer the term buecrrtetam connoisseur ) Most of them ended up too buttery (I didn't think this could ever be a problem, until I was eating a cupcake with what tasted like a stick of butter on it) or practically flavorless. Let me just tell you, this one was PERFECT. It tastes exactly the same as the one from our favorite bakery and I was eating it right out of the mixing bowl. If it weren't for you and your wonderful blog, I'd still be wasting pounds of butter and cartons of eggs. Thank you so much, Joe! I can't wait to try all of your other delicious looking recipes!!
