I always tghuhot ane
I always tghuhot anemia was caused by an iron deficiency. I had no clue there were so many other causes. I agree about the reminders of just how important it is to watch what we eat. The access to quick and easy food have taken the place of eating health raw fruits and vegetables. The more I have learned about the importance of raw foods, I try to incorporate it more into my families diet. I tried some healthier recipes the other day and my kids did not want to try it. I told the kids once they were done eating it we would vote by ballot on what they tghuhot of it and if they would eat it again. I can tell you it made for some interesting dinner conversation and now we vote on all our health meals. The ones that a thumbs up and put in the recipe box the others don't get served again.
