But one that srings to mind as funniest is DS9, that episode where they first find Ziyal, where Dukat sits on a sandspine and Kira has to pull it out - that whole scene is hysterical :D
Lots of funny ones in TNG as well, I always liked the bit where Picard does that impression of the professor..."He just kept talking and talking in one long unbroken sentence it was really quite hyyyypnotic" ;-) Or something like that...Also the bit in Pegasus where Riker imitates Picard, hehe ;-)
Ironically, Voyager is my fave series but I can't think of any really funny moments...oh, hang on lots of Doctor ones, like Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy...but yeah, apart from ones with the Doc I'm drawing a bit of a blank.
Best - anything to do with Janeway and Chakotay on Voyager - and my all-time fave scene of theirs has to be the end scene of Hunters *shippy sigh* ;-)
Worst - Chakotay and Seven getting together *shudders* Wrong, just wrong...
Also as far as best goes, I think a lot of DS9 in the last few seasons was excellent, the way they dealt with war, and peoples reactions to it. And I know lots of people didn;t like it, but I always loved 'Rejoined' - I love Susanna Thompson anyway, but I thought her performance in this one was amazing - so emotive.
