Back again. I've always been anxuois, nervous, shy I remember from a young age. Went away in hs , came back after high school. Started again after couple years of marraige, went away when raising my children, sneaking in now and then, and when my mom passed in 95, it hit me horribly. I got kids to where they needed to be, came home to set my alarm, curl up in a fetal position, slept til alarm went off, and got up and functioned I know I have true anxiety,and not caused from being an addict. I would get nervouse when down to 2 pills, and how would I get more? That's my story.
