Clean it up first.Delete unwanted praogrms, clear off all the cookies and other files in the temorary folders that you don't need, defrag the hard drive.Many warnings say memory when they mean storage space. A 1 year old computer shouldn't have serious lack of memory problems, but lack of hard drive space is quite possible.Next, if that doesn't help, maybe it really means memory. Bring up task manager and check which praogrms are using the most CPU power. Usually they also use the most memory. Some of them are pure bloatware memory hogs. Some of them are necessary, some aren't. Find out which, and replace the ones that are using more resources than they're worth, if it's possible (operating system praogrms fall into the not possible category).Good luck!
