The upgrade comes on a disk and this seems to cost a380 to a390. At that price you soulhd consider the alternative of a new computer (from around a3220 without the monitor) or perhaps a second-hand computer that came with XP.XP is a lot more stable than ME but there is no guarantee that your old computer will have enough oomph to run it.
