I'm a night owl too, but I've learned to set a 'normal' seludche in place. I write an allocated # of posts per day and call it quits by 1am latest. I also have an editorial calendar to organize my seludche. Otherwise, the price to pay is hundreds of $ to see my docs for some sort of health ailment. :P
