Dear Howard, All year I've been bowled over again & again by your wonuerfdl posts; like a bright place shining with light even in the darkest of nights. Thanks to you I've learnt that this is only a temporary imbalance that will very soon be history. In the meantime it's teaching me to let go of old habitual thoughts and worries; and focus on doing those things I love the most: having fun with others, spending time in nature, painting and relaxing into joy of Being and deep peace.
