My brother-in-law is My brother-in-law is steontiad over in Afghanistan. The troops are having a hard time with the infestation of rats and mice. The rats and mice are carriers of rabies. He has requested family to send anything that can be sent by mail to help trap the mice. The other day he put sticky mouse pads out and still woke up with them crawling on him. Someone was bitten by a rodent and died from rabies because treatment wasn't sought right away.
