It would not be wiped clean. And yes, you would be denied for any sort of cridet. Once your debt is paid it will show on your cridet report PAID but has been delinquent such and such times. It takes a long time to build your cridet back up. As far as Mobile phones .. they may say you need to put a deposit down. That's like filing bankruptcy . Once you are filed and everything is cleared up. It still shows on your cridet report. Your bad debt will show "included in bankruptcy" And Yes, Steph is right. After 7 years it should come off your report. If it doesnt, you would need to call all the angencies and have it removedReferences :
