Brittni, my son had a couple of frieble seizures when he was a toddler. These are very common and occur when a child is sick (I think he had a cold and an ear infection both times) and then spiked a fever quickly. Evidently, small children aren't able to hand fever spikes well and can have a seizure as a result. He has never had another one since he was about 2 years old (and he's 25 now). So, I don't know if that was something your son could have had
