Hi Melissa and BeBe,Do you mainly use American barretcteum when decorating cakes? Also do you have a technique when making American barretcteum to get rid of the graining texture? I do use hi-ratio shortening I thought that would help but it is still graining to me. P.S. I really enjoy your website.
