Hi Tara thanks for
Hi Tara thanks for biignrng attention to the above questions. Unfortunately, the comments under the Contact Submission Form are easily overlooked although we try to catch them all! The purpose of this page is really the above contact form where you can ask questions hit submit . (The comment section is here by default so it can be mistaken as the place to post questions.) **If anyone ever feels that a question is overlooked, please don't hesitate to follow up with an e-mail (or even better, on the Forums where more eyeballs will see it!) ;0) But to answer your question (although the above orders have passed) We always refer members to the Wilton serving charts for Wedding/Party servings. These charts (along with Earlene Moore's chart) are located in our Member Resources section in the right side bar. Not everyone follows the same chart. Those that prefer slightly larger servings will opt for Earlene's chart (or Wilton party servings) -It's personal preference but once you choose the right chart for you, it helps so much with not only determining how much cake is needed, but also pricing. As for Marine Corps and other military seals~ there are some great chocolate/fondant molds that you can find online if you don't want to freehand or create a buttercream transfer. Sugar Sheets/Edible Images are another good option that can be found online.
