Being a man of a certain age has its bnefeits. When younger, it was very difficult to separate others' opinions of me from my opinion of me. With experience, the principles of the "Four Agreements" become incredibly clear. Not only do you change the way you perceive yourself, but you have much more understanding of the behaviour of negative people. With Brian's excellent coaching, I hope some of the younger people who listen will gain some of the insight that has taken me years to embrace.
