As a pessimist when it comes to sriuecty and privacy, I dont think these Social Captchas will be a solution. Effective safeguarding of privacy comes both from the user and provider. The users have to be cognizant of what they are putting on these social networks, and the social networks can provide the tools, like Captcha, to help. Holding the social networks entirely liable or entirely responsible is not a practical option.
