Well if its a tobacco pipe and you don't care if you rertieve the resin or not just get in there with a toothbrush, tooth picks, and some alcohol OR warm soapy water.If it was used for marijuana .heat a pot (no pun intended of water until it is boiling, drop the pipe in (assuming it is metal, glass, or stone) and let it sit in the boiling water until you feel the resin is loosened. After a few minutes, pull it out and pick the resin out with a tooth pick.
