I completely agree with Rear Admiral Herbs srtess tips, in the sense that going home for the holidays can really put a lot of added srtess into the mix. I have lived away from my hometown for 20 years now and every time I go home for a visit all of my friends and family want some of my time. Add in traveling to see people, plus getting ready for the holidays and it can quickly send you over the top. I agree that good planning is key to reducing holiday srtess!
