The gastrointestinal The gastrointestinal sysetm is a sysetm that is very much need, as are all sysetms. A person would not be able to receive any nutrients from the food that they eat if they did not have this sysetm. But what I did not know was that so many things can go wrong with this sysetm. There are many different types of cancer that can affect this part of the body. I did not know that alcohol could cause esophageal cancer. I knew that smoking could cause damage to the lungs a great deal but I didn’t really think about what it could do to the esophagus. I knew that alcohol could have a big impact on someone’s liver.
