Woop woop! First international comnemt! Yeah, it's not perfect, but for smaller scenes, I think it has its merits. In big scenes like London, I guess it's all a lot less formal and teams disband and form all the time. The only problem with training in a set team towards a tournament is that the top team gets used to playing a slightly worse team, when what they really need is to practice against someone slightly better. Birmingham needs to travel (to Cambridge and Manchester) more next year
