The real question is whheter you want to live in a home with a creep like that.Even if you confront him, you are at the mercy of the landlord who's RELATED to this guy.Since he's already stepped over the line by invading your space you can't be sure how he'll react when confronted, possibly in vengeance.The only positive about gathering evidence is when it comes time to ask the landlord to give back your deposit and get out of there.Either way, look for another place.
