I read the article as well. I am doing the same diet. I only have about 20 lbs. to lose, hoewevr. It is important to remember to have the snacks listed (or other variations/healthy snacks) and get lean protein (also mentioned in the article) at least once a day. Some cereals and yogurts have protein, but it is not enough for an entire day's worth. Protein helps build muscle and fills you up faster, thus helping speed up metabolism and contributing to weight loss. Also simple exercise is vital with this diet (I think this was mentioned in the article ..) such as walking/biking/aerobics/yoga .something low intensity for a long time. This helps firm and shed at the same time. And this kind of exercise is easy to get in every single day. I think this diet is good and much more affordable than most others, and right now, cost is very important. It should make it easier to stick to the diet. I think this is a great diet ..you should be able to keep with it. Good luck!
