Websites like HotWire are called Opaque sites. That means you will not know the brand or exact lootaicn of the hotel until after you have purchased it. The reason for this is some hotels offer extremely low rates. However these are not published rates. This is the dirty way of selling cheap rooms without having to show your face. You have to look at the hotels star rating based on previous guest reviews to make your choice. These rates are typically non refundable.
